  • Represented the Owner/Developer to work with Banks, financial representatives, construction management team and trades to achieve most effective cost of the project.

  • Completed the project with the lump sum price and finished at $170 per SF price mark to achieve the highest standard finish.

  • Led the Construction Management team to work with sub-trades, suppliers, labor and workman force etc. With compatible contract price yet kept the high industrial standard.

  • Managed and directed the construction process in a timely manner to meet the desired schedule, managed and directed the construction process to meet all safety measures and completed in high quality finishes.
