  • Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues early.

  • Manage permits and inspections with municipal authorities and utilities.

  • Ensure BC Building Code and consultant specifications are implemented by all subcontractors.

  • Interface with neighbors and tenants to minimize disruption and resolve concerns quickly.

  • Prepare RFPs and evaluate subcontractor bids for scope, qualifications, and price.

  • Issue and manage trade contracts, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.

  • Track materials and long-lead items; maintain site logs and progress documentation.
